Yes, although we aim for accuracy where possible we cut to the following tolerances:

Guillotined sheets (any sheet metal cut to size) have a tolerance of -0/+2mm

All other items have a tolerance of -0/+3mm; please allow for finishing to your desired length.

If you require a tight tolerance, please get in touch with us before, or as soon as you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

No, all of our orders are cut the length you require, with no additional cost, simply order the exact lengths and quantities you need and let us do the rest.

For delivery by courier we quote 1-5 working days from when you order and for collections 1-4 working days. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days where possible so you should receive your order in good time. If your order has not arrived in the expected time frame, please contact us.

We offer a number of delivery/ collection options for your convenience:

Free delivery is available on orders over £95+VAT, we will select the appropriate courier depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Click and Collect for free - you can collect your order from either our Nuneaton or Redditch branches, just select the branch you prefer at the checkout. Please wait to receive an email stating that your order is ready for collection before paying us a visit. Of course, you can contact us if your order is urgent, and we will give you a time slot for collection. Our opening hours for collection are Mon - Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm and Fri 8:00am - 2:00pm. Collection is available on any length, but if you require items to be cut to fit in your vehicle, please order accordingly as we may not be able to cut items while you wait.

Branch delivery - if your order is over £50 and within a 10 mile radius of either branch, we will deliver your order for free for lengths up to 7500mm. This option will be available at the checkout once you have entered your postcode for addresses that fall within range.

Courier delivery - We have a number of courier options available depending on the weight and length of your order, who deliver across mainland UK and most islands & highlands. All goods are sent out in good faith but occasionally goods are mis-routed / lost or subject to delays that are out of our control. We will not be held responsible or liable for any compensation or any losses, damages, charges or expenses as a result of such delays.

Delivery is free on all orders over £95+VAT. For anything else, the following charges will apply;

Small Parcel £6+VAT - Items up to 400mm in length and up to 2 kg in weight will be sent with Royal Mail and are usually delivered the next working day after the order has been dispatched.

Medium Parcel £10+VAT - Items up to 1100mm and up to 20kg in weight will be sent with DHL or DX and are usually delivered the next working day after the order has been dispatched.

Large Parcel £18+VAT - Items between 1100mm and up to 3000mm in length or over 20kg in weight will be sent with DHL or DX and are usually delivered the next working day after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery costs to some areas may be more than the standard rates, delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we have made every effort to ensure accuracy regarding shipping. Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us to let you know. Then on the delivery day the courier will send you tracking information including a tracking number and E.T.A.

No, we don’t have an express shipping option, however if your order is urgent, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any request for a quick dispatch.

Most orders are dispatched in 1-2 working days but can take up to the 5 working days quoted to arrive depending on stock levels and order volume.

You can click & collect from either our Nuneaton branch or our Redditch branch, find our address details here. Both locations are quickly accessible from motorway networks.

Yes, we can provide a certificate of conformity for all of our products and material/mill certificates for the majority of them. If having a material/mill certificate is a requirement, please check with us before you order that it's available by contacting us. They won’t be sent automatically so please leave us a note to request them when you place your order.
