Steel box sections are available as either ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) tubes or as black mild steel box sections. Because they are hollow they are ideal for projects which require strength and integrity due to multiple loading weights.
Steel box sections are ideal for use in welded steel frames, fences, trailers, and in the construction industry, creating steel framed structures.
What is the best way how to bend the steel box section?
There are two main methods used in bending steel box sections – either cutting and welding, or roll bending. Cutting and welding is the cheaper option, but this might compromise the strength and integrity of the steel. A better method is to use a professional experienced in roll bending.
Can you deliver steel box sections direct?
We can arrange delivery by courier of your steel box sections direct to your chosen address if they are up to 3000mm. You can also order online and collect in-store if you are close to one of Redditch or Coventry branches.
What is your minimum order for steel box sections?
